Leadership
David
With over 20 years experience in C-level management, David is a resourceful and flexible leader who brings his extensive experience in leadership roles with big brands and route to market to the packaged goods and logistics industry. David is an executive with a passion for mentoring direct reports through personal development plans and aggressive performance targets. He firmly believes in giving back to his community and because of this he donates his time to various charities and currently serves as Past President of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities, South Central Ontario and as Council Member for ProAction Cops and Kids, Halton Chapter.
Brad
Brad has developed his passion for warehousing, fulfillment and final mile distribution over the past two decades to bring best in class Operations to the Canadian marketplace. A firm believer that all Operations activities and team members should work collectively with all departments, customers and suppliers striving for a common goal of success. The Operations department looks to continuously learn, evolve and innovate each day in order to contribute the most effective resources to our team.
Andrew
Extensive experience in both Sales and Operational Management in the Direct Store Delivery Sales Model with Coldhaus. Andrew started with the group of companies, as the very first summer sales representative and moved on to do various roles within the company and helped get Coldhaus DSD off the ground in Northern Ontario, five years ago. Coldhaus is now Canada wide, and Andrew has been instrumental in developing new processes allowing for Coldhaus to continue its growth and expansion with the addition of new brands in the Canadian Marketplace, like Biosteel and Prime. Andrew is adept at leading by example, he truly believes that every situation will be a strategic win for his team, his customers, and the business.
Edwina
A seasoned finance executive with over 20+ years’ experience in leading a finance department and working among senior management in multinational Fortune 100 companies. She is a designated CA, CPA in Ontario and holds a CPA license in the United States. She has worked for various consumer products company such as Diageo, Mars, Cadbury Schweppes, Nestle, General Mills, etc. and is known for her ability to build organizational strength, lead system improvements and execute change management. Edwina is passionate about building a proactive and performance driven organization & culture.
Paul
Responsible for seeking, executing, and helping to support the strategy of running new sales opportunities, brands, and services within our company. Paul’s focus and expertise on systems, distribution, and removing barriers in the retail marketplace helps support the customer both inside and outside the organization.
Paul is a well experienced Consumer Packaged Goods professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry with sales, fleet, and operations backgrounds. He has worked with various Tier one companies and products within Canada and is known for his customer service, relationship building, and trust throughout the CPG marketplace. Paul strives for executional excellence while trying to drive process and efficiency throughout the organization and working with his customers.
Nishu
Nishu is Director of Human Resources at ColdHaus Direct and is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, planning, and administration of the human resources function. Serving as a strategic partner, and with over 15 years of experience in the HR space, Nishu collaborates with both leaders and the employee community to implement sound people strategy aligned to business needs. This includes the development, implementation and alignment of plans, systems, policies and processes for workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee engagement, legal compliance, employee relations, total rewards (compensation and benefits), and training. Nishu is passionate about people and their connection to company culture and to ensuring employees at all levels of the organization are set up for success in everything they do.
